Who we are
Just Gone ("we") is a service that helps property agents and home sellers remove clutter from listing photos. Contact: hello@justgone.app.
What we collect
- Sign-in details. When you continue with Google, Google gives us your name, email address and Google account ID, so we can verify you.
- Photos and edits. The photos you upload, the edited versions, the items you mark to remove or keep, and any notes you type.
- Account and usage records. Your credit balance and history, when edits ran and whether they worked, and technical records needed to keep the service secure and fix faults. If you contact us, we keep your messages.
- Cookies. We use a sign-in cookie that signs you out after 24 hours without activity. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on our pages. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google can see your IP address when you visit.
Why we use it
To sign you in, run your edits, show results, count credits, keep the service secure, fix problems, and understand how the service is used so we can improve it.
Who else handles your data
- OpenAI receives your photos and your instructions so its AI can find clutter and produce the edited image. OpenAI says data sent through its API is not used to train its models unless the customer opts in, and that it may keep API logs for up to 30 days to monitor for abuse. OpenAI operates outside Singapore.
- Cloudflare hosts Just Gone and stores your account, photos and edits.
- Google provides sign-in.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with these providers to run the service, or when the law requires.
Outside Singapore
These providers may process data outside Singapore. We use providers that publish their own security and data-protection commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep your account, photos and edits while your account is open. You can delete photos and edits in the app. After you delete a photo, some stored copies can remain for a while before they are cleaned up, and we keep a minimal credit record so balances stay correct. To delete your account and data, email hello@justgone.app; we aim to do this within 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@justgone.app.
Security
Access to your workspace needs your Google sign-in. Other users cannot see your photos. Our team can open stored photos when needed to support you, investigate a fault or keep the service safe. No online service is perfectly secure. If a serious breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
