Terms of Use

1. The service

Just Gone uses AI to remove clutter from property listing photos. It is an early service that may change, have faults, or stop at any time.

2. Your account

Sign in with Google. Keep your account to yourself. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, abuse the service, or put it at risk.

3. Free credits

Free credits have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may be changed or ended. Using Just Gone creates no obligation to pay. If we introduce paid plans, you will choose then whether to use them.

4. Your photos

  • You keep ownership of your photos and your edited versions.
  • You allow us to store and process them only to run the service for you, including sending them to our AI provider to produce edits.
  • You confirm you have the right to upload each photo (it is your listing, or the owner agreed).
  • Please do not upload photos showing identity documents or other sensitive details.

5. Check every result

AI edits can be wrong or look different from the real room. Review each edited image and keep your original. Do not use an edit to mislead buyers or tenants, for example by hiding damage or defects or changing size, view or condition. Follow your agency's and the property portal's rules, and any rules on disclosing edited images.

6. No guarantees

Just Gone is provided "as is", with no promise of availability, accuracy, speed or suitability for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or business losses from using it. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

7. Acceptable use

No unlawful, infringing or harmful content. No attempts to break, overload or bypass the service or its limits. No reselling.

8. Feedback

We welcome it and may use it to improve Just Gone. We will not publish your name, company or photos in marketing without asking you.

9. Ending

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account and data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end the service or your access at any time.

10. Law

Singapore law applies.
